This is the recommended schedule for our tours, however, is not mandatory to follow. It is possible to walk instead of shuttling from the Nanaimo terminal to Hullo’s Welcome Centre (the tour’s starting and ending point) and vice versa, but this is roughly a 20-minute walk. If shuttles are full, they will do a second round to ensure that our guests get to the destination that they need to. There is an opportunity to take a later ferry back to Vancouver so our guests could explore Nanaimo and grab a coffee or a bite to eat after the tour is completed, but we encourage our guests to plan accordingly to make sure that they do not miss the ferry that they plan on taking back. The ferry schedule can be found here, and the shuttle schedule can be found here.

Tickets can be purchased at the Vancouver Ferry Terminal prior to departure , Nanaimo Ferry Terminal after arrival, or at the walking tour’s starting point (Hullo Downtown Hub) before the tour begins with a debit or credit card.
